Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Introduction

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we look after your personal data when you visit our service and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you:

  • Identity Data: Username, email address and the Discord or Tebex account you sign in with
  • Contact Data: Email address and other contact information
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our service
  • Profile Data: Your preferences, feedback, and survey responses
  • Transaction Data: Payment and subscription information

3. How We Use Your Information

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • To provide and maintain our service
  • To notify you about changes to our service
  • To provide customer support
  • To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our service
  • To monitor the usage of our service
  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues
  • To process your payments and manage your subscription

4. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
  • Sign-in only through Discord or Tebex, so we never store passwords, plus optional two-factor authentication
  • Regular security audits
  • Access controls and authentication mechanisms
  • Monitoring for suspicious activities

5. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

6. Your Legal Rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data:

  • Right to access: Request access to your personal data
  • Right to rectification: Request correction of your personal data
  • Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
  • Right to restrict processing: Request restriction of processing your personal data
  • Right to data portability: Request transfer of your personal data
  • Right to object: Object to processing of your personal data
  • Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for our service to function, and — only with your consent, given via the cookie banner on our public website pages — Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics never runs inside the authenticated dashboard. Full details, including which cookies are set and how to withdraw consent, are in our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer of our public pages, or via "Cookies" in the dashboard footer. You can also instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is sent.

8. Error Reports and Server Logs

To keep Parity working and secure, we record technical errors and access logs:

  • Error reports: when a page fails or crashes in your browser, it sends us the error message and technical stack trace, the page path (without query parameters), the website version, your browser, operating system and device type, the country derived from your IP address and, if you are signed in, your internal user ID. Error reports set no cookies, store nothing on your device and never record your screen or what you type. Your IP address is only used briefly to limit abuse and is not stored with the report.
  • Server logs: our servers record requests (IP address, time, requested URL, status code, browser) and errors of our own services.

We use this data only to find and fix errors and to detect attacks and abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a stable and secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is stored in our monitoring system, operated by Grafana Labs in its EU (Germany) region, and deleted automatically after 14 days. You can object to this processing at any time via [email protected].

9. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, provide the service on our behalf, perform service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our service is used. These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

This includes Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), used with your consent on our public website pages to measure traffic and usage, with IP addresses anonymized before storage. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they process this data.

Further service providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: delivers and protects our website (network, DDoS and bot protection, Turnstile on the login page). All requests pass through Cloudflare, including your IP address.
  • Grafana Labs: hosts our monitoring (error reports, server logs and metrics, see section 8), stored in its EU (Germany) region.
